A Manager in a supply Chain Service provider moved into a new position. The new position added some requirements like networking with Top-Managers, influence peers and (internal) clients, strengthen the accountability of vendors, set clear goals, communicate clear but friendly. With Coaching the coachee developed Self-Awareness about weak spots and Strength. Coaches found a different perspective to the business and created an attractive story about the departments tasks. While sharing this story Peers and colleagues incl. Team got more involved and engaged. Motivation of Coachee increased drastically. As a consequence the Coachee finally was invited and joined an internal Top-Management-Program.
